Sono-Tek Equivalent Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles: Low-Flow, Non-Clogging Atomization Without the Platform Cost

Standalone Nozzle Components or Integrated Coating Platforms: MicroSpray Brands is ready to assist.

There are two ways to buy ultrasonic spray coating capability. One is a turnkey platform: an integrated machine with enclosure, motion system, software and the nozzle inside it, from a systems vendor. The other is standalone components: the ultrasonic nozzle, its driving generator and liquid feed as discrete parts that you integrate with the motion system, fixtures and controls you already have — or the custom rig you're building. We are willing to work with you either way you decide to go.

This comparison is written with a view from both sides of the fence: MicroSpray's founder spent ten years as an applications sales engineer at Sono-Tek before founding this company, and has worked in ultrasonic coating applications for 25 years.

“Mark Leiby is a sales engineer whose chief responsibility is in new applications. His "outside-of-the-box" style of thinking has resulted in several significant new applications for the Company's technology.”

Naming note: MicroSpray Brands of Spring Mills, PA is an independent manufacturer of ultrasonic atomizing equipment that provides functionally competitive equivalents, unrelated to the Sono-Tek Corporation.
