Cheersonic Alternative: US-Built Ultrasonic Spray Nozzles with Engineering Support
It is too late to begin developing a coating strategy after an online order from China has arrived.
With MicroSpray, your coating strategy begins with the first email or phone call and continues through successful on-site implementation. Keep your supply chain short!
That low-cost imported nozzle may ultimately cost more than expected in lost development time, troubleshooting, repair and unsuccessful process execution. MicroSpray ultrasonic nozzles, generators, and liquid-delivery systems are designed and built in the United States. They are supported by an applications engineer with more than 25 years of hands-on coating experience.
The work begins well before the ultrasonic nozzle arrives at your facility. Selecting the correct operating frequency, nozzle configuration, liquid-delivery method, and thin-film deposition platform often requires several phone calls, web meetings, and emails. Together, we develop a practical strategy for your fluid, substrate, target thickness, and production requirements. When appropriate, we also offer complimentary initial testing of your coating chemistry. We are “out of the box thinkers”.
Send us the details of your fluid, substrate, and target film. Your recommendations will come directly from the people who design the ultrasonic nozzle and understand the coating process.
We supply the atomization system — and we stay with you while you develop, optimize, and successfully implement the process.
Naming note: MicroSpray Brands of Spring Mills, PA is an independent US manufacturer of ultrasonic atomizing equipment, unrelated to Cheersonic.
